Before Placing Your Order
If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or product details, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer service team before placing your order to avoid unnecessary after-sales issues.
6-Hour Order Modification Window
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to assist.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible, and refunds will not be issued for deliveries affected by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for non-defective items.
Exchange requests must be discussed with and confirmed by customer service.
7-Day Inspection Period
The inspection period starts on the day your parcel is received (Day 1), regardless of whether it is signed for by the buyer, a family member, a friend, or property management staff. Requests submitted after the 7-day inspection period will not be accepted.
Return Shipment Timeline
Once customer service confirms that your return or exchange request is approved, the confirmation date will be counted as Day 1. Items must be shipped to us within 3 days. Items sent after this timeframe will not be accepted.
7–14 Business Days Process Time
After we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection. Once inspection is completed and the request is okay to proceed, exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The confirmation date of the inspection result will be counted as Day 1. Time required by third parties, including shipping carriers, banks, or payment platforms, is not included in this processing period
To avoid disputes, please carefully inspect all items before returning them and ensure they remain in original condition with complete packaging.

Exchange
Exchange Eligibility
- We offer a 7-day inspection period (not a trial period) starting from the day the parcel is received.
- Day 1 is counted from the date of receipt, regardless of who signs for the package.
- All items are eligible for exchange except intimate apparel, including underwear, bras, bra tops, leggings, socks, and swimwear, due to hygiene considerations.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
- We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.
- Nagbibigay kami ng 7-araw na inspection period (hindi trial period) simula sa araw na matanggap ang parcel.
- Ang araw ng pagtanggap ay itinuturing na Day 1, anuman ang tumanggap ng package.
- Ang lahat ng produkto ay maaaring ipalit maliban sa mga intimate apparel gaya ng underwear, bra, bra top, leggings, medyas, at swimwear, dahil sa kadahilanang pangkalinisan.
- Ang produkto ay dapat hindi nagamit, hindi nalabhan, at nasa orihinal na kondisyon na may nakakabit na tag.
- Sa kasalukuyan, hindi kami nag-aalok ng palitan para sa mga internasyonal na order.

- 基于卫生考量,贴身衣物(内衣、内裤、BRA TOP、瑜伽裤、袜子、泳衣)不提供换货服务。
- 换货商品须保持未穿着、未洗涤、未使用,并保留完整包装及吊牌。
- 国际订单(菲律宾以外)目前不提供换货服务。
Non-Exchangeable Situations
Exchange requests will not be accepted if:
- The request is made after the 7-day inspection period
- The Item is not shipped within 3 days after customer service confirmation
- The Item is showing signs of washing, use, damage, removed tags, stains, odors, or any condition that affects resale
- Promotional gifts not returned together with the item
- Intimate apparel items
- Measurements are taken flat; a variance of ±3cm is considered within a normal range
- Minor thread ends, loose threads, or chalk marks are considered normal production conditions
- Color differences caused by lighting or screen display are not considered defects
- Shipping address outside the philippines
To avoid disputes, please inspect the item carefully and confirm with customer service before returning.
Items returned without prior confirmation from customer service will not be processed.
Hindi tatanggapin ang exchange kung:
- Lumampas na sa 7-araw na inspection period
- Hindi naipadala pabalik ang produkto sa loob ng itinakdang panahon matapos ang kumpirmasyon ng customer service
- May bakas ng paggamit, paghuhugas, sira, nawawalang tag, mantsa, amoy, o anumang kundisyong makaaapekto sa muling pagbebenta ng produkto
- Hindi naisama ang promotional gift sa ibinalik na package
- Ang produkto ay kabilang sa mga intimate apparel (tulad ng underwear, bra, socks, at swimwear)
- Maaaring magkaroon ng ±3cm na pagkakaiba sa sukat dahil sa tela at paraan ng pagsukat
- Ang maliliit na hibla, chalk marks, o bakas ng produksyon ay itinuturing na normal
- Ang pagkakaiba ng kulay dahil sa ilaw o screen ay hindi itinuturing na depekto
- Address ng pagpapadala sa labas ng Pilipinas
Upang maiwasan ang hindi pagkakaunawaan, suriin muna ang produkto at makipag-ugnayan sa customer service bago ipadala.
Ang mga item na ibinalik nang walang paunang kumpirmasyon mula sa customer service ay hindi ipoproseso.

- 线头、混线、粉土痕迹为正常生产现象
- 因屏幕或灯光产生的色差不属于瑕疵
- 国际订单(菲律宾以外)

Exchange Process
- Ensure the item is brand new and suitable for resale, and not showing signs of washing, use, damage, removed tags, stains, odors, etc.
- Contact customer service via Email within 7-day inspection period with order number, item, and reason
- Ship the item back within 3 days after confirm with customer service.
- Once the item is with us and the inspection is passed, the exchange will be processed
- Exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original item.
- Shipping costs for personal reasons are borne by the customer

- Makipag-ugnayan sa customer service sa pamamagitan ng Email sa loob ng 7-araw na panahon ng inspeksyon kasama ang numero ng order, item, at dahilan

- KKapag nasa amin na ang item at nakapasa na sa inspeksyon, ipoproseso na ang pagpapalit
- Ang halaga ng ipapalit ay dapat katumbas o mas mataas
- Ang shipping fee dahil sa personal na dahilan ay sagot ng customer
- 确认商品为全新状态且不影响二次销售,不存在洗涤、使用痕迹、损坏、吊牌剪除、污渍、异味等情况
- 7天内通过邮箱联系客服,提供订单编号与换货原因
- 经客服确认可换货后,于3日内寄回商品
- BÉC收到换货商品,经检查无误后,开始换货流程
- 换货金额需 大于或等于 原商品金额
- 因个人原因换货,运费由买家承担

Return & Refunds Eligibility
- Returns and refunds are only accepted for items confirmed to be defective.
- Once verified, a full refund will be issued via the online payment method or bank transfer. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

Return Process
- Please ensure the item is in brand-new condition with no human damage. The item is damaged upon opening
- Within the 7-day inspection period, contact customer service and provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos and videos showing the defect
- After confirmation from customer service that the item is eligible for return&refund or exchange, please ship the item back within 3 days
- Once BÉC receives the returned item and confirms that it meets the return conditions, the return or exchange process will begin
- For refunds, the full amount will be refunded via online payment or bank transfer
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after internal confirmation process - For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped within 7–14 business days after internal confirmation process
- Shipping costs related to defective items will be fully covered by BÉC

- Siguraduhing ang produkto ay nasa bagong kondisyon at walang pinsalang dulot ng tao.Ang anumang pinsala na matukoy sa oras ng pagbukas ay ituturing na depekto ng produkto.

- Para sa refund, ang buong halaga ay ibabalik sa pamamagitan ng online payment o bank transfer. Ang refund ay ipoproseso sa loob ng 7–14 working days matapos ang internal confirmation process.
- Para sa exchange, ang kapalit na produkto ay ipapadala sa loob ng 7–14 working days matapos ang internal confirmation process.
- Ang shipping costs na may kaugnayan sa mga depektibong produkto ay sasagutin nang buo ng BÉC.
Humihingi kami ng paumanhin para sa anumang abalang dulot nito.
- 请确认商品为全新状态,无任何人为损坏;商品在开封时即为瑕疵。
- 请于7日鉴赏期内联系客服,提供订单编号、退货原因,并附上清晰的商品瑕疵照片与视频。
- 经客服确认商品符合 退货退款或换货资格 后,请于3日内将商品寄回。
- BÉC 收到退回商品并确认符合退货条件后,将开始进行退货或换货流程。
- 如为退款,将通过线上支付方式或转账方式全额退款。退款将在完成内部确认流程后 7–14 个工作日内处理。
- 如为换货,换货商品将在完成内部确认流程后7–14个工作日内寄出。
- 因商品瑕疵所产生的相关运费,将由 BÉC 全额承担。

Important Notes
- Items returned without prior confirmation from customer service will not be processed
- Orders shipped outside of the Philippines are considered international orders.
- Ang mga item na ibinalik nang walang paunang kumpirmasyon mula sa customer service ay hindi ipoproseso.
- Ang mga international order ay may ibang patakaran sa return at shipping.
