We deliver worldwide, including both domestic shipments within the Philippines and international shipments outside the Philippines.

Orders shipped outside of the Philippines are considered international orders.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to assist.

Once the order has been dispatched, address changes or refunds due to misdelivery are not possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery cost and timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, local courier operations and ongoing promo.

Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and may be collected by the local carrier upon delivery.

Shipping Risk & Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, we're not responsible for delays, customs clearance issues, or delivery disruptions caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.

Address & Contact Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.

For international orders, a valid and reachable phone number is required for delivery coordination.

If the delivery address is a residential building or managed property, the unit number must be provided.

Orders that fail delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information will not be refunded.
